The majority of spares will now be ‘to order’ and therefore it is important that you specify the correct part, as we will be unable to offer refunds on these special order items. For your convenience, most manufacturers now have their own online spares shop which you can use to identify the correct part code prior to contacting us or even to purchase direct.

If you are not sure of the part number of the item you require, it is important that you know the following information prior to contacting us:

• Stove/Fire Model
• Stove/Fire Age
• Stove/Fire Serial Number
• Name of part required

If you are unable to provide all of the information above, there will likely be a delay in identifying and therefore ordering the part.
